From Lost to Found: Journeying Towards Happiness

You too can conquer your fears, discover your passion, and embark on a journey to a more fulfilling life.
Let's start this empowering journey together!

I can vividly recall a period in my life when I grappled with these emotions daily. I remember sitting in my office, a desk full of paperwork, tasked with planning the next advertising campaign for the large corporation I worked for, only to find my mind consumed by a wave of sadness and negativity. Physically, I felt drained and my body ached. Despite my relentless efforts to break through that glass ceiling and excel in my role, I found myself stifled in creativity, burdened with others' tasks, and overwhelmed by exhaustion, depression, and stress on a near-daily basis. This cycle persisted for years, leaving me feeling utterly hopeless. Eventually, my health deteriorated, and I found myself depleted of energy and motivation, yet still showing up for work with a forced smile. Though I appeared driven and ambitious, deep down I was crying for help.

After leaving my marketing job to start my own company, I naively believed that being my own boss would resolve my inner turmoil. However, to my dismay, those familiar feelings eventually resurfaced. "How? Why? I don't understand! My business is thriving, my clients are satisfied, and I have the freedom of self-employment. So why do I still feel so empty?"

Despite my efforts to persevere, I encountered another two years of trials and tribulations. Looking back, I sometimes wonder if the universe was guiding me through these obstacles to lead me toward my true path. Finally, overwhelmed by frustration, I made the difficult decision to step away from my business and embark on a journey of self-discovery. It was during this period of soul searching that I came to a realization—I no longer found fulfillment in marketing. Although marketing remains an integral part of my identity, within my business, and as I teach to others, but after two decades in the field, I still felt a sense of emptiness. I knew I wanted some greater life purpose and I was determined to figure it out.

THERE IS HOPE, and I want that to be crystal clear. "Everything is figuroutable," as Marie Forleo famously said, and I wholeheartedly believe in that mantra. It took me some time to realize that life coaching was my true calling. Back then, I didn’t know how to pursue this career because the industry was so new to individuals like me. Thankfully, I had the unwavering support of my husband, who encouraged me to pursue my dreams, but at the end of the day, there’s was no one that could possibly understand how grandiose this endeavour was and how stressful it is to figure it all out. This journey was overwhelming, and I had to balance my day job while exploring my passions, overcoming self-doubt, and try to envision my future.

Despite all the challenges, this process inspired me to become a life coach and create my first workbook, "Rediscover Your True Passion" (currently under revision). This workbook aims to help you identify your career or business goals and guides you through the very steps I took to rediscover oneself, find happiness and pursue your dreams.

Since then, I have grown to specialize in stress management coaching, became an author, an influencer, and creator of many life coaching, career coaching, and stress management coaching workbooks and courses. Even now, I still refer to my workbook to align myself with new personal and professional goals.

Many people struggle with stress and depression stemming from their careers, leaving them feeling lost or stuck. We all yearn for a more fulfilling life and career, yet often lack the necessary guidance and support to make meaningful changes. That’s why I invite you to explore my coaching tools, including worksheets and workbooks, to see if they can assist you on your journey towards a more fulfilling career and life.

Remember, happiness starts within you.
